- To the left is the abandoned Uptown Theater, which is the largest theater in the country by volume and seated 4,381 when it opened in 1925. It is currently on the back burner for redevelopment. Straight ahead are the red fire doors for the lobby.
- On the right is part of the back of the Green Mill Cocktail Lounge which was named after the Red Mill/Moulin Rouge of Paris–it dates to 1907. You can listen to The Fat Babies here if you like jazz or just enjoy watching expert musicians do what they love.
